You are eligible to participate in this Short-Term Disability Plan following completion of 90 days of active regular full-time employment which is the required waiting period. Persons eligible for coverage shall include regular, active employees who are classified as Full-time by the Employer. You must begin work for the participating employer to be eligible. If you are unable to begin work as scheduled, then your coverage will become effective on the date when you begin work. You are not eligible to participate if you are a part-time, temporary, leased, or seasonal employee or an independent contractor.
